In urgency random urine sample is collected. Instruction given to the Customer: Customer must be instructed to void directly into the container. During the collection the initial portion of the urine stream is discarded while the midstream portion is collected. Preservation: In case of delay in testing, urine must be stored at 2-8B:C (lower Cooling compartment of the refrigerator)
